Voting

To vote in the 2026 RBHS AGM, members may vote in advance once registration has opened, join the AGM or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Members can appoint a proxy via the online portal at rbhs.verovoting.com.au using their member number and surname as login credentials. The appointment of a proxy must be received no later than 11:30 am (AEDT) on Friday, 20 November 2026.

There is one resolution for members to vote on at this year’s AGM.

1. Ordinary Resolution 1 - Director Election

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following ordinary resolution:

“That Sarah Harris, Sam Tomaras and Christine O’Leary, each retiring in accordance with the Constitution and being eligible for re-election, be elected as Directors of Reserve Bank Health Society Ltd for a term of three years commencing from the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting."

In accordance with the Clause 4.5 of the Constitution, three Director vacancies must be filled by member vote at the forthcoming AGM. The Company sought expressions of interest from members in August 2026 and this process has brought forward nominations from three members seeking appointment to the Board.
