I have served on the Reserve Bank Health Society (RBHS) Board since 2023 and have been Chair since November 2024. During that time, I have worked with fellow Directors, management and stakeholders to support the delivery of quality health insurance services for members, while maintaining a strong focus on governance, strategy and prudent risk management.
In my professional role as Head of Payments Settlements at the Reserve Bank of Australia, I lead a department responsible for critical financial market infrastructure. I bring extensive experience in governance, risk management, regulatory engagement, strategy development and organisational leadership, having also held senior roles in payments policy and financial regulation in Australia and the United Kingdom. I hold a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Finance and Accounting and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
I am seeking re-election to continue contributing to the Board's work on behalf of members. As RBHS considers its future direction, I am committed to helping ensure the Board carefully evaluates opportunities and challenges, maintains strong governance and oversight, and acts in the best interests of members.

I am seeking re-election to the RBHS Board because I have greatly valued the opportunity to contribute to a member-owned, not-for-profit organisation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional benefits and service to its members.
During my time on the Board, I have been particularly proud to contribute to the review of RBHS’s operating model, which has led to significant changes in how the Fund’s services are managed. As a member of the Risk Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee, I have also enjoyed contributing to the Fund’s approach to risk and regulatory requirements, with a focus on balancing sound governance and financial sustainability with positive outcomes for members. I am excited to see RBHS position itself for future growth and respond to changing member needs, including through the introduction of its new Bronze product last year.
My professional background across insurance, financial services, data, technology and operations allows me to bring a strategic and analytical perspective to the Board. If re-elected, I hope to continue helping RBHS evolve while preserving what makes it distinctive: its strong member focus, personalised service and commitment to putting members before profit.

Since joining the Board in 2023, I have maintained a strong focus on delivery of member outcomes while guiding the strategic direction of the RBHS in an evolving operating environment. As a member of both the Audit Committee and Risk Committee, I have worked to ensure strong governance and financial oversight of the RBHS.
Professionally, I am the Financial Controller at the Reserve Bank of Australia, where I lead key finance functions and bring extensive experience in financial management, risk oversight, and strategic decision-making. I hold a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Accounting) and am a CPA.
If re-elected, I will continue to apply my financial expertise, governance experience, and commitment to supporting the RBHS and delivering value for our members.
