Reserve Bank Health Society COVID-19 Update:
Information regarding your health insurance during COVID-19 and the range of measures we have introduced support our members.
The Reserve Bank Health Society (the RBHS) is a not-for-profit health fund founded in 1959, offering top-level health cover and exceptional customer service. The RBHS is fully owned by its members and open to current and former employees of the Reserve Bank of Australia and Note Printing Australia and their families.
RBHS is taking precautions and following ‘social distancing’ guidelines in response to COVID-19 and is operating at reduced service levels during this period.
Importantly, there are no changes to your health cover and how it works.
This is where we connect you to the programs and benefits on RBHS hospital and extras cover.
These programs substitute a hospital admission with treatment at your own home (as long as your doctor agrees) – and if you are covered, there are no out-of-pocket costs.
Looking for how we can help you with your health condition? We match health conditions to our programs and have useful information on common hospital procedures.
Our resident health program experts love a chat. They can help you enrol in health programs or even guide you through your upcoming hospital admission.
