I bring over a decade of distinguished service to the RBHS Board, underpinned by deep expertise and experience in cyber security, governance, risk management, and ethical leadership. My professional experience includes Technology and Cyber Senior leadership in roles at Reserve Bank Australia (2004-2020) and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (2020-2024). More recently, I have changed focus to the Aged Care Sector, as a Board Advisor in retirement village management and in home care support. I constantly seek continuous learning as a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
I consistently champion member-first decision-making, support digital transformation, and advocate for strong technology controls and operational resilience practices.
My objectives in seeking re-election include upholding the high standards of governance and regulatory compliance the Board operates within, and supporting the Board through ongoing and increasing regulatory requirements in embedding the new Financial Accountability Regime and Operational Resilience standards.
As an existing Non-Executive Director with the RBHS since 2013, I will continue to serve with integrity, compassion and a collaborative spirit and always in the best interest of members. My re-election will ensure continuity, accountability and leadership in a time of transformation.

I am pleased to nominate for re-election to the RBHS Board. As a current Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairperson, I bring more than 15 years of governance experience across APRA, ASIC, and ACNC regulated entities, with a strong focus on health, education, and community service. My qualifications include a Master of Public Administration, Graduate Certificate in Law, Graduate Certificate in Public Policy, and I am completing a Doctor of Philosophy. I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and the Harvard NFP Leaders Programme.
At RBHS, I have contributed to customer voice, service improvement, and business transformation initiatives. I am particularly interested in ensuring our product offering delivers exceptional health outcomes for our current and future members, no matter their expectations of private health insurance. In my external boards I have deepened my expertise in organisational design, people and culture, and service-led governance.
My commitment as a Non-Executive Director is to ensure RBHS continues to be trusted, member-focused, and sustainable. I will continue to support prudent financial management, strengthen our regulatory engagement, and enhance member services in a competitive environment; and remains a values-driven organisation that delivers exceptional outcomes.
