Oral Health Tips

After the COVID-19 oral health blip, many of us need to get back on top of our regular preventative check-ups. We have four of the latest oral health tips from the Australian Dental Association to impress your dentist:

  1. Brush your tongue twice a day to remove bacteria from your mouth.
  2. Don’t rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Let the toothpaste work longer in your mouth.
  3. While you need to brush your teeth twice a day, you only need to floss once a day.
  4. If you are new to flossing, your gums may bleed a little bit for the first two weeks.
